Well there was a wonderful turn out at the Hope Life Center's Fall Banquet. The raffle went very well and actually sold the 8' Fall Garland that was supposed to be for display only. Unbeknownst to me was the that there was another business donating items to be raffled, Divine Cheesecakes donated 3 small cheesecakes -pumpkin, cherry, and turtle. They looked absolutely scrumptious. I will include at the end of the article there contact information.
We had a "raffle war" for the turtle cheesecake and our tall feather arrangement. People were gracious enough to put $20 worth of raffle tickets in these 2 items. Both the owner from Divine Cheesecakes and I were very flattered at the comments and gestures on our donations.
A lot of money was raised by our donated items for a very good cause. For more information check out...
